"The entire population of the world - with one exception - is made up of others."
This is one of my favorite quotes from John C. Maxwell’s book, Winning with People. It reminds me that we are made to be in relationships with others. It’s not about money per se. However, when you add value to people, there is a reciprocation of that value of sorts. It may be in the quality of relationships, and it may be of some financial gain. If we want to have effective leadership, then we must develop effective relationships. And if we want effective relationships, then we must be a people person. And if we become that good with people and add value to them to achieve greater success and achievement, then there is a very good chance that there will be financial rewards as well. I hope you enjoyed these past weeks’ synopsis of the chapters of this book.
